the staff seemed underprepared for basic requests. there were no beach towels by the pool all day, it was hard to get a cold beer, and ice buckets seemed to be mythical items (i swear, i thought i was in a desert!).

This villa included its own private pool. I saw many shops nearby, and several restaurants too! The transfer boat ran very smoothly, and the daily activities were super organized. It was total paradise!

The hotel's wooden walkways need a refresh.

the staff at the entrance were very helpful! i needed some medical attention, and they were really good too make sure i was looked after. access to the beach was amazing!!!

there were so many negatives, listing them all would take forever. maintenance was a problem, power points didn't work, and the hair dryer was broken.
